2019 Free Clinic Appreciation Month Celebration
Celebrate Ohio's free clinics during 2019 Free Clinic Appreciation Month Award Celebration!
December is Free Clinic Appreciation Month and the Charitable Healthcare Network, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Health, will be recognizing Ohio's most dedicated and passionate free clinic volunteers as well as awarding the 2019 Free Clinic of the Year. We will be accepting nominations for the following awards through Wednesday, October 23rd.
Free Clinic of the Year
Volunteer Dentist of the Year
Volunteer Nurse of the Year
Volunteer Physician of the Year
Community Volunteer of the Year
This year we have opened up a new award category for Community Volunteer of the Year, open to any of your organization's volunteers that deserve a special recognition. Nominations can be emailed to Katie Kisseberth at kkisseberth@charitablehealth.org or uploaded to the FCAM Nomination Dropbox in the link below.
We welcome everyone to join us during our awards ceremony and Free Clinic Appreciation Month Celebration on December 11th. The ceremony will be held on the 31st floor of the Vern Riffe Center 77 S High St, Columbus, OH 43215. RSVP above!
