Legislative and Public Policy Committee
The Legislative and Public Policy Committee reviews legislation, rules, and policies of interest to the Association, recommends a course of action on relevant issues, recommends proactive legislative initiatives as necessary. This committee also develops grassroots lobbying strategies for the Association.
The committee meets via conference call on the second Friday of most months. Heather Baird and Joyce Bourgault co-chair the committee.
Resource Development Committee
The Resource Development Committee develops a fundraising plan for the Association, identifies potential funding opportunities, and makes recommendations regarding the member dues structure.

The Communications Committee creates and implements a communications plan for the Association.

The Education Committee plans, implements and evaluates seminars, trainings and conferences for member clinics and others concerned about health care access.

Quality Improvement Committee
The Quality Improvement Committee works with member clinics to establish minimum standards for clinical care and operations.
The committee meets via conference call on the fourth Friday of each month. Johanna Henz and Capri Cafaro co-chair the committee.

Health Care Planning Committee
The Health Care Planning Committee studies and explores ways to help free clinics transition in a changing health care system and helps free clinics make positive strides into this new system.
The committee meets via conference call on the third Wednesday of every other month. Paul Baumgartner is the chair of the committee.
